She/he is also accountable for training all union employees, monitoring the progress of non-management employees, as well as planning for staffing and operational needs.Job Type: Part-Time PermanentWork Location:12424 Dixie Road, Caledon, ON, L7C 2L8Workdays: Monday to Friday.Shift duration: 5:00PM to 11:00PM *Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times.Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and maintain a stable workforce.Train, motivate and discipline staff as required.Develop and enhance safety, quality, service and production programs.Act on employee surveys and analyze specific indicators to continuously improve relationships.Report and account on all aspects of the operation.Maintain an effective administrative system to organize scheduling, vacations, optional days, employee records and files, seniority lists and all other required documentation.Investigate and report on all injuries and/or auto accidents.
