This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted September 10, 2020.

Salary(Grade:07) Hiring salary range $50298-$63,534 Position Purpose Assists the Alumni Relations Officer and the Faculty Development Manager in the planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of alumni relations and development programming in the Faculty of Social Sciences, thus ensuring alumni stay in touch with their alma mater; while friends and benefactors remain engaged.

Essential Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or an acceptable equivalent combinationMinimum three years’ experience in public relations and or communications Experience in project managementExperience working with a variety of stakeholders as well as many teamsExperience in using computer systems and software, databases, e-mail, Internet and social media sitesExcellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems Excellent time management skillsMust be able to exercise professional discretionAbility to write and communicate in both official languages.
