Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for a full portfolio of products, offerings, and external partnerships to maximize business opportunities and increase the profitability of our portfolio of 1,000 parking facilities in Canada.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Digital Projects, the Marketing Manager leads and motivates a team of professionals and drives the excellence in the day to day execution of all activities.

What Would You Be Doing?

In conjunction with operational leaders in major Canadian regions, deliver a detailed analysis of the market and the business opportunities and pilot the effective launch of all B2C products available on the e-commerce platform.

Deliver business plans for new B2B digital products: development costs, operating costs, expected profitability, sales targets by region, B2B and B2C USP, operations plan and communication plan.

Conduct and support the sales network across Canada by delivering sales materials, assisting the regions in the development of their digital sales proposals, defining a sales calendar by product, and attending or participating in client presentations.

Identify external digital partners to maximize business opportunities in the parking, individual mobility and smart cities ecosystem, and define the appropriate business model.

Be the sponsor of marketing campaigns of B2C and B2B products through external partnerships by ensuring support to commercial, technical, operational, analytical and marketing efforts for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage a team of two people in charge of acquisition, activation and communication campaigns to ensure the success of B2C products in the various Canadian markets in line with the national strategy.

Support the regional teams in understanding and anticipating the digital business needs of key accounts and national clients, and in effectively monitoring the ramp-up of each one’s e-commerce solutions.

Deliver, with the support of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, all relevant BI dashboards and KPIs to define the ROI of each product and increase B2C and B2B sales, as well as on external partners’ digital platforms.

What Are We Looking For?

Exceptional leadership, communication and collaboration skills to engage and develop a strong marketing team.

Experience building relationships with external agency/vendor partners and internal cross-functional team members.

Effective management of P&Ls, sales targets, marketing budgets combined with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize.

Proven understanding of E-commerce platform business models, subscription, online up-selling and cross-selling techniques and the pillars of a omnichannel strategy.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred.

Solid communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and one on one collaboration).

Bilingualism (English and French).

What Will Set You Apart?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in Administration (specialization in marketing and/or social media an asset) or another related field.

Master’s degree in business or related field is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a successful marketing team.

Excellent ability to communicate in French and English (oral and written).
