Job DescriptionOur client, a leading genetics company are looking for an evening shift Laboratory Supervisor for their new facility in Guelph, ON.
This position is responsible for overseeing a lab production team ensuring efficiency and quality standards are achieved.Responsibilities:Planning, scheduling and daily coordination of production staffEvaluating laboratory performance against KPI’sProviding solutions / troubleshooting issues related to productionMaintaining laboratory equipment and suppliesProviding continual development of the laboratory teamConducting individual and team performance evaluationsOther tasks as requiredQualifications:BSc.
/ MSc.
