**This work will be performed remotely until further notice QualificationsBilingual in both official languages, French and EnglishMust be eligible for a Government of Canada Enhanced Security ClearanceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification5 to 10 years combined experience managing projects and project officeExperience managing a project management officeExperience managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 2 to 8 peopleExperience in using MS Project and creating MS Project plansSkilled in utilizing software products such as Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience with program and project level financial management and experience developing business cases and project proposalsKnowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planningKnowledgeable and experienced in efficient Change Management methods and strong financial acumenStrong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies ResponsibilitiesDefines, implements and maintains the Project Management Framework processes and related documentation to support fact-based decisions on investmentsDevelops full-scale project plans following the approval from the Senior Management Committee (SMC) or from the IT Steering Committee (ITSC)Oversees the development and implementation of plans and schedules, timelines and milestones for each projectOversees the governance processes for approving initial project concepts and costsIdentifies and manages inter-dependencies and the critical path for each projectProactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansOversees the tracking and communication of the progress of milestones and deliverablesPrepares the monthly active IT Project Dashboard and present the report to the IT Steering CommitteeManages PMO resource capacity and assignmentsAssists with the preparation of a Statements of Work for contracted project managers positions and participates in recruitment activities
