About us At FloChem™ our core business is the distribution of bulk liquid chemicals.

Our Total Chemical Management program includes the supply of bulk chemical storage tanks, fill lines, discharge lines, pumps and Vendor Managed Inventory Systems which include ultrasonics and off-site satellite monitoring.Through excellent supply relationships, we proudly offer the highest quality products from some of the world’s leading chemical manufacturers.Also included is 24 hour a day – 7 days per week maintenance service, full liability insurance and emergency response.

FloChem™ is a privately owned company with our own freight hauler.

We store our products on-site and also have a rail siding which ensures an uninterrupted source of supply.

We also dilute, blend or modify most of our products to suit your application.Our core competencies lie in the areas of waste water treatment, potable water treatment, environmental remediation, general manufacturing, agriculture and pool & spa retailers.All products are available in an assortment of jugs, drums, totes or bulk tank truck.

FloChem™ is a member of Responsible Distribution Canada and several of our products are NSF International certified and/or approved for use by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Health Canada.FloChem™ is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.ResponsibilitiesWork with sales and marketing colleagues to identify, develop and convert opportunities into salesRegularly follow-up with customers to build and strengthen relationshipsTravel to customer sites for in-person meetings when neededManage accounts to ensure sustainable profitabilityAssist in the development of new productsWork as a team with supply chain and other support functions to ensure outstanding customer experiencesReport on the status of accounts to management through various tools, including CRMQualificationsMinimum of a bachelor-level university degree Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in the chemical industry (> 10 years preferred)Experience in the food and microbrewing industries considered an assetThorough understanding of the sales process, especially as related to value-sellingWillingness and ability to travel
