KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESYour primary role as an Associate Property Manager will encompass a wide variety of duties.

Specifically, you will:Maintain positive tenant relationships through professional & effective responsiveness to, & proactive considerationof tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant expectations & landlord criteria are being consistently metAct as direct tenant liaison to ensure that all tenant construction activity & landlord work are well-coordinated, organized & proactively managed, & in fulfillment of leaseobligationsMeet with property management team, tenants, vendors, contractors & senior management as needed to review & provide support to resolve operational challenges & implement new initiativesCoordinate & distribute all relevanttenant communicationsHold shared accountability for building presentation to ensure client best-in-class image is upheld at all times at the complexProvide assistance in the fulfillment of the maintenance & upkeep of ongoing resources & performance metrics including to meet program requirements & ensure maximum effectivenessEnsure insurance & contract files are complete, accurate & currentAssist in the preparation & implementation of initiatives to increase & uphold the quality & effectiveness of tenant relationsCoordination of tenant events, tenant appreciation events & tenant meetingsSupport the Property Manager with ongoing initiativesKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSTo be up to the exciting challenges of this Associate Property Manager role, you must have a professional profile that includes:Proven track record in developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships to partner with clients to meet client needsPrevious and current Commercial Property Management experienceExperience developing complex budgetsProfessionalism, flexibility and ability to work in both a team environment and independentlyProven organizational skills; able to cope with changing client needs and deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframesStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented nature; ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoningAbility to carry out analysis of building dataLicenses and/or Professional AccreditationCertified Facility Manager (CFM) through IFMACertified Property Manager (CPM) through Institute of Real Estate ManagementFacility Management Administrator (FMA) Designation through Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI)Real Property Administrator (RPA) through BOMIAt BGIS we believe that diversity and inclusion is a key business driver, such that we never lose sight of its importance as it is woven into the fabric of our organization.
