Are you seeking a full-time, permanent position in the administrative field?

If you have strong computer and customer service skills, then we want to hear from you One of our clients is a leader in transport and is currently looking for new talent in the administrative field.

We are looking for a hardworking individual with a great attitude and excellent attention to detail for this role in Richmond as a data entry clerk.

The tasks consist of: Performing data entry, billing, and invoicing.

Performing all related clerical duties.

Preparing letters and other reports as required.

Searching for items in the ERP system.

Coordinating with warehouse workers for picking orders and loading.

Booking appointments for delivery with retailers in the lower mainland.

Following up with customers regarding outbound freight.

Carrying out any other similar tasks assigned by the office manager.

Experience in a warehousing or logistics field, an asset.
