Do you have a background in business and a real passion for innovation?

Our Consumer Health Sales Division is looking for driven and determined individuals to join our Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP), located in Markham, Ontario. This is a full-time new graduate position, with a 2-year rotational program, which will get your career off to a fast start. You will work in a variety of positions within the sales function through two placements including:

  • Insights, Pricing & Promotions Analytics
  • Category Solutions & Insights
  • Customer Teams & Development

As a member of the program, you will be assigned to a customer, a category, or commercial enabling function. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic J&J brands.

  • Shaping customer recommendations inclusive of new product innovations, merchandising initiatives, managing a trade budget, optimizing promotional activities and providing assessment of risks/opportunities
  • Identifying, quantifying, tracking and communicating business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Delivering on customer account team business target of assigned J&J brands, supported by shopper, category and product/brand insights and analytics
  • Collaborating with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to lead and craft growth driving opportunities
  • You will get industry experience in understanding our retail customers, while using your keen eye and analytical skills to ensure that J&J’s brands perform at the retailer.

  • Completed or graduating from an MBA or Masters degree
  • 3-6 months of previous CPG Internship experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others
  • Strategy and data are at the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel Skills is highly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future
