This is a Part-time position in North Glengarry, ON posted February 1, 2021.

The primary function of the Installed Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and schedule installations.

This includes promoting ProServices, Installed Sales, Special Order Sales, Call Ahead/Fax Order, Delivery, Repairs/Remodels, Commercial Business, and Credit Programs.

The Installed Sales Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and managing Installed Sales paperwork and contacting installers and customers throughout the installation process, ensuring merchandise is ready for installer pickup or delivery by pulling and staging items beforehand, and reviewing the order management system to check status of special orders with vendors and respond daily to action items.

Additionally, the Installed Sales Coordinator will confirm satisfaction of Installed Sales Projects with Customers and assist the Department Manager Installed Sales on managing Work Orders and RTM Logs.

The Installed Sales Coordinator is also responsible for communicating and building relationships with installers, customers, and vendors and for assisting with the training and coaching of employees on the Installed Sales program and order management system.

The Installed Sales Coordinator is expected to greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

The Installed Sales Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the store for potential security risks and adhering to Loss Prevention safety requirements.

Lastly, the Installed Sales Coordinator is responsible for completing all other duties as required.

Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.

Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs, but may be changed by store management based on the needs of the store.

Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advanced notification and approval by supervisor.

Hourly Full Time, Part Time or Seasonal: Generally scheduled 40, 24 to 30, or 0 to 40 hours per week respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.

This position reports to an Assistant Store Manager and takes daily direction from a Department Manager.

This position does not have direct reports.Exigences du posteMinimum QualificationsAbility to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).Preferred Qualifications6 months experience communicating with vendors or customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment.6 months experience in an administrative role processing and filing paperwork including invoices.Lifts up to 25 pounds without assistance; may lift up to 40 pounds with or without assistance.The Installed Sales Coordinator may be required to perform job activities, with appropriate intermittent relief where applicable, under difficult work conditions such as in extreme cold, heat, inclement weather, at heights, while exposed to constant/intermittent sounds (if applicable).Lowe’s Canada is an inclusive employer.
