This is a Full-time position in Belleville, ON posted August 31, 2020.

Conduct research to target potential customers.

Target business opportunities, generate leads and search for business opportunities.Find the resource persons with whom to communicate within these organizations; Communicates with potential decision makers; confirms his responsibilities in the company; inquires about the typeof service to which there would be interest; inquires about the service providers present; Get an appointment between this resource person and one of our sales representatives; Working within Microsoft Dynamics CRM: updating all CRM fields, adding additional data including but not limited to: contract end dates, industry profile, lead sources, current provider and current spends.Introduce new services and improve relationships with existing customers.Work with technical staff and colleagues to meet customer needs.Participate in industry activities to provide information on emerging trends.Consult senior management and present business trends to develop new products, services and distribution channels.Leverage market and competitor knowledge to establish and develop unique and distinctive business propositions.Submit weekly progress reports, ensuring data accuracy.Input equipment list into spreadsheets to generate pricing for maintenance program quotes.Other tasks as needed.*To progress towards an Outside sales position within 36 months.

Must be goal oriented and be persistent.Have a good judgment with a high sense of ethics.Be motivated, dynamic and professional.Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.Knowledge of software customer relationship management tools (such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce) would be an asset.Experience in a business to business telemarketing or customer service representative role would be an asset.
