This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted September 7, 2020.

Salary(Grade:NC6) Hiring salary range $63110-$79,719 Position Purpose Provides administrative support to the Vice-President, International and Francophonie, to ensure smooth office operations.

Coordinates the planning and implementation of the senior management office’s activities and projects in order to support the attainment of the office’s strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standard of quality.

Performs all duties autonomously and proactively.

May be required to organize meetings, coordinate correspondence and communications, manage schedules, arrange travel and prepare documents and reports.

Essential Qualifications University degree in administration, office technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in a similar role Key Competencies Key competencies required at the University of Ottawa:Planning: Organize in time a series of actions or events in order to achieve an objective or a project.
