Then you are looking at the right opportunity We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Trainer.

In this role, you will provide training to our Service Network in support of ensuring a standard of excellence when servicing our Members.

What You Will Do Facilitate training programs to our contracted network of service providers and fleet who deliver our tow, battery, and light service support to our Members Research, plan, and develop new training programs that engage learners Liaise with the business leaders in the development and enhancement of training programs Understand our dispatching procedures and facilitate training programs for our new and existing Dispatchers Maintain the training records for all the sessions delivered Stay current on the automotive industry as well as training and development trends that will assist in enhancing our training programs Maintain our training trucks, perform circle-checks as needed Work closely with Fleet leadership in maintaining all the courses and support all initiatives Who You Are Excellent communication and facilitation skills Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma, preferably in Adult Education or related field Strong interpersonal skills Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or adult education including hands-on training Experience within automotive or towing environment or an aptitude for automotive knowledge is preferred Ability to train in various settings such corporate office, outdoors, and contractors’ facilities Valid G drivers’ license What’s In It For You Competitive salary Annual bonuses and merit increases 3 weeks’ vacation Flexible benefit plan Defined Contribution Pension Complimentary CAA Membership Why CAA?
