Supply Chain Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Colborne, ON posted March 8, 2021.

JOB POSTINGCCC is proud of its 99 years serving the Canadian Industry both in the distribution and manufacturing markets.  A privately held Canadian Company, we are a successful supply chain partner providing “Intelligent Delivery” of products and solutions to the Industrial, Environmental, and Plastics industries. We currently operate two manufacturing sites in Colborne and Elmira, Ontario, and have supporting warehouses and sales representatives across Canada and in the Northeastern United States.  CCC Plastics is seeking two (2) Supply Chain Coordinators with the following responsibilities:Primary responsibilities:* Review raw material requirements per portfolio daily* Issue Purchase Orders with designated vendors in accordance with purchasing guidelines* Coordinate the vendor to warehouse deliveries based on outlined freight terms* Review and resolve invoice variances* Support monthly budgeted inventory levels* Create, modify, and distribute workorders to production schedule based on customer requirements* Calculate, adjust and close workorders upon completion* Filing Purchase Orders, and closed workorders in designated folders* Processing all plant invoices for accounts payables – scanning, distributing, and filing* Adding Excel formulation revisions to Batch file for uploads in the Datacor system* Process carrier invoices for payment includes;** Comparing invoice amount with expected rates** Assign corresponding G/L or create vouchers in system** Copy, scan & file, invoices and PODs** Record invoice data in Master file** Create custom labels in label program for all formulas that are scheduled for productionBackground Required:* Minimum college diploma/equivalent, * 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics within a manufacturing setting* A strong team player with a high degree of initiative and positive attitude* Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced experience within Excel* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment* Strong written and verbal communication* Attention to detailCCC is committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities.  If you require accommodation, we will work with you to meet your needs.
