They will be accountable for coordination of all E-Com invoicing, escalated issues and liase with Analyst to support reporting as needed.

They will collaborate with Lowe’s Canada Final Mile Delivery partner carriers to drive operational efficiencies and customer service improvements.

As a member of the Fleet and Final team, they will contribute to our logistics/delivery network strategies and best-in-class processes in the area of operational performance.

This position requires strong organizational skills, relevant computer application experience and ability to work with our vendor network to deliver expected results in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.Your role With direction/guidance from Manager, execute processing of all invoicing for the E-Com segment respecting both financial and vendor timelines.

Support E-Com and transport teams and be accountable for daily delivery operations, performance and customer satisfaction Engage with key stakeholders (store operations, distribution, supply chain) to drive flawless execution of all aspects of final mile appliance delivery to customers Assist with the continued improvement of Fleet & Final Mile E-Com performance standards/metrics and ensuring that all data is captured for analytics and reporting Support Final Mile E-Com Delivery segment-related initiatives to ensure they are delivered as per plan Collaborate with multiple key internal stakeholders such as Distribution Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Dealer Services at a regional and national level Accountable for reporting on loss/damages with drive cost-to-serve efficiencies and network performance improvements Assist with carrier sourcing strategies, recommend selection of carriers, execute contract negotiations and supplier relationship/performance management framework with carriers Act as subject matter expert and head office liaison with corporate support functions Work on complex issues that require a good understanding of organizational objectives and business strategies to analyze the situation* Interpret laws, rules and regulations regarding Final Mile Delivery transportation operations and ensure compliance to such regulationsExigences du posteThe qualifications we are looking for Postgraduate degree or professional certification designation (preferred) At least 1 year of responsibilities in the areas of transportation, logistics, or distribution At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in the retail industry, large-scale national distributor, or transportation/logistics service provider (an asset) Ability to collaborate with teams in a complex organization and quickly establish credibility across the organization Financial acumen and demonstrated proficiency in various IT systems Project skills; demonstrated ability towork with team on complex projects from inception to implementation, and process improvements Communication skills; demonstrated ability toclearly and concisely communicate with various levels of the organization and across functions Problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proactive nature and willingness to challenge existing processes and propose new solutions Demonstrated ability to work with and leverage technology solutions such as Transportation Management Systems (TMSs), fleet management systems, routing optimization, network modelling, carrier sourcing, and business analytics tools Experience with Oracle TM, Power BI, and/or JDA TM (an asset) Versed in Customs clearance processes an asset Advanced skills in MS Excel Spoken and written English ( bilingual-French and asset)The masculine generic is used without discrimination and only in order to simplify the text.
