Executive Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Kingston, ON posted June 3, 2021.

This position reports to the Managing Director and Co-Head of Telecom, Media, Technology & Healthcare.

Main challenges: The Executive Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Telecom, Media, Technology & Healthcare team as well as other individuals, as required.

This successful candidate will be responsible for handling tasks delegated by the team and take on administrative functions that carry a high level of responsibility and require the utmost confidentiality.

Specifically, you will: Establish good relations with various stakeholders (internal and external) Provide administrative support to the team as required including: coordinate travel arrangements using Concur, calendar management, organize client meetings, lunches and conference calls, arrange client events and closing dinners, invoicing and general office administration, balance and process expense reports using Concur Maintain strict confidentiality internally and externally to the firm Completed post-secondary education and a minimum of 3 years progressive experience as an Executive Assistant; Capital Markets experience considered an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Word, Excel and Outlook Strong problem solving and organization skills Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently Ability to work well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines Ability to offer fast, efficient and pro-active performance in a professional manner Excellent organizational and communications skills Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset Interested in the position?
