We match clients’ business needs with software solutions that push efficiency in a practical way.We are looking for a Business Office Administrator to join our growing team! The main responsibilities for this role include bookkeeping, data entry, summarizing billings, answering all phone calls and helping clients with problem solving and trouble shooting.The successful applicant will have exceptional Customer Service skills as they are the first point of contact for all clients. S/he manages light accounting duties including paying bills and reconciling bank accounts using our accounting software. The successful applicant will process payroll batches and online deposits via PayDirt, and work in Adagio (similar to Sage ERP 300) overseeing automated accounting entries. This role provides administrative help directly to the President, identifying, prioritizing and directing emergency client situations his way.Specifically, you will be responsible for:• Answering phones and directing the call to correct contacts• Oversee accounting program including payables, some billings, reconciliations• Payroll payouts• Oversee benefits program• Order office supplies• All other office duties as neededWe offer you:• Competitive wage• Full benefits after 6 month probation• Half-day Fridays in summer months• Full time, no weekends• Career positionQualifications:• Excellent communication skills and customer service imperative• Highly organized and independent• Experience in Business Office Administration required• Basic bookkeeping experience required• Proficient computer skills
