Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our client located in the West End of Ottawa, ON.

This position is required to start in Immediately.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

This is a permeant full time opportunity and the salary is $35,000 annually to start (but can be higher based on overall qualifications) and health benefits offered after 3 months.The successful candidate will be fluently bilingual with exemplary abilities in both Reading and Writing in French and possess a skill set that will allow them to advance to more detailed roles in the company’s claims management system within 6-9 months from hire date.Bilingual Administrative Assistant Job Summary:The Bilingual Administrative Assistant reports to the Legal Assistant who has admin oversight and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services.

Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that office operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:Review of all new reported injuries and keep an active record; Prepares the Employer report of injury for processingComplete CRM tool entry of new injuries; Complete all initiating report of injury documentation; Document and prepare documents for timely due datesSubmit all non-contentious claims to the WCB’s; Contact the various WCB’s across Canada to secure basic detail on the claims.Complete return to work follow-ups on submitted claims; Respond to client inquiries on non-contentious claims; Provide support to Claims Managers when required to ensure that the Claims Managers are provided with the resources to manage claims according to set process flowAssisting various departments within branch as well as Quebec officesPerform other admin duties within the claims teamBilingual Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a related fieldStrong French abilities in both Reading, Writing and Spoken requiredHigh competency in Word and Excel programsAbility to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesExcellent attention to detailExcellent ability to work both independently, and within a team to achieve the best results for our clientsHigh level of professionalismIf you are interested in being considered for this Bilingual Administrative Assistant position that is located in Ottawa, ONT please click the apply now button!b1956Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
