Our People Training Program (PTP) is an intensive 3-month program that provides an in-depth overview of our People department. As strategic business partners, the People team leads Talent Attraction, Selection, Development, Performance Management, and Labour Relations. During the program, PTPs will receive training in these areas, and be encouraged not only to learn, but to make an immediate impact! The program consists of a company overview, classroom training, and project work at a specific location across the country.
Following the program, PTPs are placed in full-time positions in our People function, which are located across Canada.

Master Data: Utilize data analytics to help map out and automate tasks done daily by business partners, resulting in more accurate data recording and reduced cycle time for common processes.
Recruitment: Develop ground-breaking sourcing strategies to decrease time to fill for key and difficult to fill positions.
Sales: Build Sales Position Matrix to help more accurately determine which positions are best suited for mover or stayer individuals, so we can take external factors and employee role fit into consideration before making any moves.
Supply: Develop a standardized and automated staffing model in order to forecast staffing levels and inform hiring decisions.
