Senior Product Analyst, Healthcare

Why is this role important?

In this role, you will directly support addressing the IT feedback from over 1300 SDM Store Associates.  This includes supporting exciting outcomes of Customer service enablement, including the monthly outcome reporting, Quarterly updates to SDM Peers and our Quarterly Technology Newsletter.  In addition, your leadership will support the generation of periodic reporting for executive leaders across the Pharmacy and Healthcare business units. These are just a few of the high impacting outcomes that service our Customers and requires a Product Analyst who is passionate about the success of our Team and our Technology Service for our Business partners

What You’ll Do: (Max 5 points, samples below)

  • Develop and lead the delivery of the IT focus plan which addresses SDM store surveys
  • Develop the monthly outcome reporting, Quarterly update for SDM Peers and Quarterly Technology Newsletter
  • Lead the generation of our Period based reporting for Business Leaders
  • Support the tracking and reporting of actions for our Customer Satisfaction and Tell It As It Is surveys
  • Facilitate our Monthly Team meetings with fun and facts

What you Bring: (Max 5 points, sample below)

  • Financial management experience
  • Project coordination experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Office365 applications including Power point and Excel
  • Collaborates well in a team environment
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
