About the Opportunity

We are looking for a curious, creative, and strategic digital marketeer to help boost our inbound marketing and client engagement initiatives. The primary responsibilities for our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist are campaign and content planning, execution, and reporting for our digital and inbound marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in helping to drive lead generation and support for our sales efforts across the technology portfolio of Konica Minolta and our award-winning IT services division, IT Weapons. Central to your role will be the management and operations of our marketing automation platform HubSpot. Providing SEO insight and digital marketing wisdom to the rest of the team, you will help guide our overall campaign and promotional initiatives. With creative expertise across the Adobe Suite, you’ll create templates, digital assets, brochures and more to help delight our clients and empower our sales teams. You will manage our websites, publishing pages and designing content as we continue to grow and evolve.

On every project you will work closely with a talented and energetic team of marketing content creators, technology experts, and our sales leadership to brainstorm campaign ideas and bring results to life. You believe the goal of a marketing is to inspire action, conversion and ultimately to close business. This role is great for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment of technical experts, sales and marketing professionals and super cool clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Using HubSpot, our marketing automation platform, you will develop and execute digital marketing activities including email campaigns, event invitations/registrations, and other digital lead generation tactics
  • Design, manage and improve the usability, design, and content of the company websites
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives by tracking, compiling, and analyzing results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
  • Make recommendations for enhancing effectiveness and improving marketing KPIs such as click rates, conversions, and engagement
  • Support the design of brochures, digital ads, web graphics and other ad-hoc deliverables that support our marketing objectives
  • Provide creative direction to freelancers and agency partners to develop creative online content and deliverables
  • Oversee corporate branding guidelines and ensure all written and creative work adheres to style guide and design principles
  • Assist with marketing activities, event planning & execution, award submissions, and other activities as assigned

Who You Are

  • You are a HubSpot and inbound/content marketing expert. You live in these tools and you love them.
  • You are obsessed with continuous improvement on digital marketing conversion metrics
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment that encourages innovation and independent thinking
  • You have demonstrated experience collecting and analysing marketing performance data and delivering simple, powerful reports to senior leadership and other non-marketers
  • You are an excellent writer, editor and communicator
  • You have meticulous attention to detail with strong problem solving and project management skills
  • A strong bias to action; you hustle and get stuff done!

What You Need

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience with a mid-sized or larger organization
  • Expert knowledge of: HubSpot, WordPress, SEO tools, Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Demonstrated experience in web and graphic design for digital marketing
  • You are highly skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office 365 apps.
  • A working understanding of the technology industry is a great asset
  • Experience with bi-lingual (English and French) marketing is a very cool nice-to-have
