The gig.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will play an integral role in the administration of Salesforce across the organization. This role also provides you with the opportunity to build out our internal tech stack as we launch new strategic initiatives in 2021. You will be a key SME and a primary systems execution expert within our Business Operations team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on cross functional projects and ad hoc requests. Your efforts should be focused on enhancing our internal technical stack (with SF at the core) and providing elegant and scalable solutions to both our internal employees and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Salesforce CRM application for Q4’s users
  • Maintain the functional areas of data management, accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports
  • Work with cross functional teams, and support Salesforce across all Lines of Business, to drive Salesforce changes to workflows, objects and fields, business rules, and business process flows to enhance the business while implementing best practices on the application
  • Salesforce administration duties include maintaining users’ roles, security, profiles, system metrics and data integrity
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
  • Support the Sales organization with the maintenance and build out of key sales processes and workflows
  • Provide support and assistance with key Salesforce integrations (eg. CPQ, DocuSign, FinancialForce, Pardot, SalesLoft, GetFeedback, AirTable, TalkDesk, etc.)
  • Participate in new software evaluation and play a lead role in implementation and integration of new solutions
  • Be on the lookout for process improvement opportunities and proactively lead efforts to implement solutions across the organization

Desired Skills, Education & Experience

  • Experience administering Salesforce (2 to 4 years in a professional environment), preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Experience with ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, FinancialForce, CPQ, marketing automation tools (such as Pardot or Marketo) preferred
  • Intermediate Excel/G-sheet skills
  • Proactive solution finder
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Works well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Collaborative team player
  • Unafraid to challenge the status quo and present fresh, elegant and scalable solutions to a SaaS org in growth mode
