We are seeking a CRM Developer for our growing Technology Consulting team.

Specifically, our recognized Technology Consulting team works with clients to translate technology issues and opportunities into meaningful results that meet organizational needs.

Valid SECRET Government of Canada security clearance is required for this position.

YOUR ROLE MNP Performance Expectations Work with enterprise software developers and architects on programming languages and/or COTS products or platforms Use your extensive product knowledge to define and present effective Dynamics CRM/365 solutions Engage directly with clients to understand their business and explain how MNP can help Collaborate with clients and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis, define a solution to meet those needs and implement a working, timely solution Understand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges Design and develop CRM Solutions Define, discuss and document solution, application and data architectures Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions leveraging ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, mobile and more Implement Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization Execute selected approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile Deliver project results through high-quality service and deliverables Provide clients with transformative Dynamics CRM/365 solutions Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledge Understand, evolve and augment team best practices Take a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your ability Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Raise awareness of MNP at community events Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge Credentials Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Master’s Degree, or equivalent 3 or more years of functional or technical experience implementing Dynamics CRM solutions Ideally, experience with all Dynamics CRM versions D365 or CRM 2016 Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing; strong Sure Step understanding is beneficial Development experience with other related technologies such as Dynamics CRM/365, BizTalk and SharePoint would be beneficial Previous experience working with Government departments and understanding of the sector is strongly preferred, but not mandatory Experience with other CRM and ERP packages and experience with custom development would be beneficial Valid SECRET Government of Canada security clearance is required Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed Core Competencies and Personal Characteristics Integrity – professional whose honesty, integrity, confidentiality and high ethical standards contributes to effective leadership and optimal business relationships Energy – displays enthusiasm, optimism, drive and passion while maintaining a high level of productivity and a balanced lifestyle Diversity – understands the importance of different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences and is respectful of individual differences Communication – effectively expresses ideas and conveys information in business writing, conversations and interactions with others Client Service Excellence – understands the importance of quality client service by being courteous, responding to client requests in a timely manner and monitoring satisfaction Teamwork & Relationship Development – works collaboratively with team members in order to achieve a common goal and develops, maintains and strengthens relationships with others, both inside and outside the Firm Accountability – takes responsibility for one’s own performance by setting clear goals and tracking progress against those goals; is highly organized and uses personal judgement and decision making Flexibility – effectively manages multiple assignments, adapts to changing priorities and is able to work independently or as part of a team Work Ethic – consistently performs to high quality standards, is dependable and has a constant drive to improve YOUR REWARDS MNP More than a paycheque, MNP delivers.
