Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Picker is responsible for sorting various kinds of metals on the conveyors:
- Prepare the material to feed the various machines
- Participate in the maintenance of the shredder
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Keep worksite clean
- Contribute to any other tasks related to the department
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of experience as a labourer
- Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
- Knowledge of metals (an asset)
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment

- Attention to detail; ability to do repetitive work
- Punctuality and diligence
- Capacity for teamwork
