The Opportunity: In a nutshell, you will be responsible for all the organization’s electrical needs both on the plant floor and the facility.

Improving and maximizing plant output, efficiency, and quality is of utmost importance.All new machinery and a newer facility to work inAdvanced PLC’s, Robotics and Electrical KnowledgeMaximize performance of machinery, troubleshooting equipment and making necessary changes to equipment and the facilityMust have experience with blueprints and technical manualsWorks towards maintenance program to maintain and prevent failures of equipment Assists with training of new staff, development of procedures and processesAssists with new machine installations, software updates and various other projectsWhat Stood Out For Us: Rarely do these opportunities come up where we get to work with an organization setting up their first manufacturing facility here in Canada.

With decades under his belt, the Plant Manager knows the type of culture he is looking to create with his first few key hires as he gets the rest of the plant ready for production (which is respectful, a team-oriented group that is passionate/proud of the part they play in the success of the company).
