You will join the Corporate Communications and Marketing team at our global headquarters and will report to the Corporate Communications Senior Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to use your writing skills and strategic thinking to create impactful internal communication strategies for all of our offices (Canada, US, and Europe).
Develop the following:
various corporate and internal communications strategies relating to corporate life, culture, services, successes, and accomplishments, as well as employee profiles that foster a sense of belonging and inspire high levels of commitment;
Manage internal communications, intranet platforms and tools;
Develop and implement communications plans, ensuring coherence and consistent messaging, coordinating activities, and respecting deadlines and budgets;
Plan content and communications strategies related to internal projects, and coordinate with stakeholders in the relevant sectors;
Coordinate the management of major donations and sponsorships, in addition to participating in the implementation of the organization’s philanthropic policy;
Participate in the organization of internal events, and serve as the point person for social and corporate committees on an international level;
Develop and maintain processes, procedures, standards, tools, and measures in order to optimize value-added actions and generate returns on investment.
