OUR STRENGTH IS OUR STRUCTURE.The Engineering Project Manager, under the direction of the Engineering Manager, will primarily be responsible to develop strategic performance metrics and targets that are consistent with company goals.

This position will ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

This role will also manage and monitor project resources.

This position is based out of Calhoun’s Goderich, Ontario location.Job DutiesOversee daily activities of design teamAssign projects to design team and manage scheduleEnsure quality of documentation (BOMs, site plans, and shop drawings) that is produced by design teamLiaise with external engineers, purchasing, production, and logistics to maintain delivery schedulesLiaise with inside sales, dealers, and customers for quoting and troubleshootingCompetenciesDecision MakingConflict ManagementCoachingAccountabilityLeadershipProject ManagementResults OrientationManaging PerformanceHealth and Safety LeadershipProblem SolvingJob RequirementsP.Eng., or C.E.T.
