Quality, accuracy and concierge-style customer service are our top priorities.We’re searching for a passionate, motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Manager who is personable, organized, loves to work with clients to solve problems and seize opportunities, and has an eye for design.

You must thrive working independently.About the Role:The Client Success Manager is an outstanding customer success professional who helps grow the company with trust-based relationships built on top-notch service, fast, accurate, on-brand, quality creative and regular communication.

Excellence, customer retention and growth are core objectives.As Customer Success Manager, you’ll:Receive, review, clarify, assign, proof, and liaise with clients and designers about graphic design project requests to produce on-time, on-brand, high quality sales collateralUse your exceptional interpersonal skills and business insights to generate consistent demand via targeted communication (email, social networks, and phone) to meet and exceed project targetsUse a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and report on client interactions and project statusWork collaboratively with the marketing, development and sales teamsYears of Experience: 3-5Core Responsibilities:Project ManagementWorks closely with clients and designers to achieve professionally produced, accurate, on-brand layouts for print and digital materialsManages and organizes all client deliverables and timelines effectively, updates requirements, and internally communicates client needs to the design teamCollaborates and deciphers verbal and written creative direction to meet client needs and objectivesPrioritizes requests appropriately and manages daily workflow effectivelyManages relationships with vendors, contractors and freelancersClient Relationship ManagementManaging and growing a portfolio of accounts within our existing client baseBeing the Master of the entire client relationship: knowing everything about an account at all times, anticipating needs and challenges before they arise, and proactively offering solutions, insights, and ideasProactively sets the direction of each client relationship and acts as lead organizer in charge of achieving client victoryIdentifies and pursues new opportunities to improve our current Customer Success modelMaintains internal knowledge base on client history and tracks it in HubSpot CRM1+ years experience in sales an assetMarketing & DesignUnderstand graphic design enough to function as an eagle-eyed proof-readerPerforms minor design revisions, prepares print files and completes small creative projectsOur Ideal Candidate is:Smart: A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field of study, or equivalent combination of experience and/or educationExperienced: Knowing ins and outs of the agency world and previous work experience with large brands is a strong assetMotivated: Is self-motivated, dedicated, and a strong team playerGreat with People: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must be comfortable and professional while talking on the phone and via online correspondence.Organized: Capable of multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.

Must be highly organized and work well in a fast paced environment.Flexible: Flexibility in working hours.

This is a deadline-driven business, which occasionally can include outside of regular business hours.

Some of our clients are located in the US; you may be required to work some Canadian Holidays.Design-focused: Have a discerning eye for art and composition.
