Bilingual Graphic Designer Enterprise Toronto, ON (Remote) Permanent Full Time Summary: Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the Morneau Shepell Client and Growth team in the design and layout of client presentations, event materials, and will support the department in the creation of sales communications materials and collateral.

They will also be responsible for content management and organization, coordinating with business partners to ensure there is a cohesive library of client materials for the growth team to leverage.

Key responsibilities include: Design and layout of client presentations and proposals in PowerPoint or MS Word and PDF Understanding of how to apply/leverage corporate branding standards in proposals and design of marketing communications materials, to meet audience needs Contribution to project planning and ensuring all aspects of design-related deadlines are met Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective materials, including print and digital assets (digital banners, brochures, print ads, posters, postcards) Effectively managing projects and working relationships with internal clients other designers, suppliers and printers as needed Archiving of completed projects electronically (Corporate servers/cloud) and physical files (printer proofs, samples) Managing stock, original photography and videos in partnership with corporate marketing & communications team, including editing (resize/retouch) assets as necessary Succeeding as a Graphic Designer, will require the following core qualifications and skills: Bilingual in English and French Minimum two years of related design experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment Post-secondary education in design Superior skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign) Experience in Microsoft Teams design and SharePoint design would be an asset Comfortable working in a Windows environment Exceptional customer focus with a strong professional acumen Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence Excellent communication, time, and project management skills Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong team-building skills, and an aptitude for learning and understanding new technologies and processes A portfolio of work that shows relevant examples of work and outlines your role in the execution INDAM Job Grade: MS3 Fulfilling work that matters Morneau Shepell is in the business of helping organizations help their people and in the process, we strive to elevate ours.
