The objective of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service, order taking, processing, and invoicing, for the customer, and support to the sales team.

French language is required for this role.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00 pm (three shift rotation) including some Public HolidaysMain Job TasksProcess customer inquiries and concerns.Update and record all order changes to customer orders.

Run daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders.Liaise with Production Planning to coordinate and schedule production of customer orders.Liaise and support Logistics team with the delivery of products from the plant, or warehouses.
