Machine Operator OttawaDo you enjoy working in a manufacturing or industrial environment?

Do you want to gain additional experience completing a variety of tasks in an industrial setting including tooling changes, cleaning and operating a CNC Lathe Machine?Working as a Machine Operator at this family-owned and operated company you will be contributing to a seasoned and loyal team in a dynamic environment.Advantages:
· Salary: $17.00 an hour, 40 hour work week Monday to Friday
· Permanent/full-time position
· Shifts: (2) 2:30-10:30 pm and (2) 10:30 pm-6:30 am
· Great benefits including health care
· RRSP program
· Clean and safe working environment
· Opportunity to work for a well known, reputable companyResponsibilities of the Machine Operator:
· Operate CNC lathe machine
· Tool change
· Perform daily inspections and cleaning of machinery
· Help ensure a safe workplace by conducting site maintenance
· Complete daily production reports.

Any general labor task that may be requiredQualifications:
· Must have a can-do attitude
· At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
· Good attention to detail, work well in a team, punctual and dependableThis position is to start immediately!
