So, if you’re looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your landscape construction career, look no further. As our new Project Manager/Estimator (Landscape Construction) you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards. Your role will encompass project planning and execution, estimating, contract administration, safety, and leadership and mentoring.   If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week: * Organized and scheduled labour, equipment, and subcontractors for different projects * Used our CRM and project management software to organize projects, tasks, and construction schedules * Built job binders in collaboration with our administration team * Visited job sites 1-2 times for client walk throughs, directed work onsite, and ensured quality and safety standards were being met by staff * Built detailed estimates and work descriptions in collaboration with the design and sales team * Maintained written correspondence with clients and managed customer satisfaction* Managed change orders * Submitted progress and completion invoices and arranged for payment* Completed project punch lists and conducted job close outs * Worked with the Construction Manager to hire and onboard new staff* Provided mentorship and leadership to your direct reports Success in this role will be about so much more than just project profitability or completing jobs on time and budget. When you’re not in the office, you’ll travel to job sites in the surrounding areas. In addition to a highly competitive salary range ($70,000 – $90,000/year, depending on your experience), we offer profit sharing, health benefits, and will provide you with a vehicle and smartphone.  We recognize that our ideal candidate may come from outside the area, and so relocation assistance is available.
