We have an opportunity available in the various location in Mississauga as a Forklift Operator. This role is with a leader in the 3PL logistics and distribution industry.
Title: Forklift operator
Pay: $19/hr
Shift:- 7 am – 3:30 start
Location:- Highway 27 & Belfield rd
What will you be responsible for?
– Operating counterbalance, Reach Forklift, walkie
– Performing various general labour tasks
– Shipping and receiving duties
– Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using material handling equipment
– Picking orders using pick sheet.
– Check, maintain and operate forklift equipment in a safe manner
– Follow company safety standards
– Working in a fast paced environment
– Keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining related quality control, production and safety standards
– Ability to lift up to 50lbs
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:-
– Minimum 2 years of counterbalance , Reach and walkie
– able to lift up to 50 lbs.
– Good communication skills.
