BDO’s FRS practice has established a reputation for uncompromising commitment to service, quality and results. Our diverse engagements involve a comprehensive understanding of a company’s financial position leading to business turnaround situations, restructuring and/or the sale of all or part of a business. Our corporate clients are facing economic uncertainty due to a variety of issues such as underperformance of the business, imminent liquidity constraints and/or an inability to raise sufficient capital to meet the on-going requirements of the business. When organizations are faced with such business challenges, our restructuring professionals work with the company’s directors, senior executives, senior lenders and external advisors to manage the crisis and provide hands-on expertise to assist these businesses to emerge financially stronger and effect a successful outcome. Our professionals combine their business management and analytical skills with hands-on industry experience to ensure our clients receive consistent and personalized service.
Our Ottawa Commercial FRS office requires a Senior Manager/Vice President to work on and manage corporate restructuring engagements. The ideal candidate is someone experienced in the field of corporate restructuring and possesses an accounting/finance designation. Candidates must be able to work within a confidential environment, be flexible and adaptable to multiple requirements of the role within a fast-paced environment, and work well both independently as well as within a team.
