Responsible for financial analysis and reporting to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.

Also responsible for administration operations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting o Review monthly financial budgets and other management reports o Provides recommendations where applicable o Oversees administration of capital assets o Manages working capital o Assists with annual budgeting procedures and forecasting processes o Assist with external and internal audits o Manages and controls financial record Compliance o Maintains information of regulations pertaining to Finance o Ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act and other statutory bodies.

o Ensure preparation and filing of government reporting for US and Canada o Manager internal and external audits SAP Key User o Manage training of FI key users o Manages Documentation o Manage FI master data o Manage Asset Classes o FI ticket management o Liaise with HQ o Facilitate Continuous Improvement of processes Customer Experience o Ensure employees have clarity of customer expectation as it relates to finance & administration oEnsures development and implementation of activities to support a positive customer experience as it relates to finance & administration issues o Ensure efficiency of finance & administration process flow and co-ordination between teams and develop procedures as required Senior Leadership o Participate as a member of the SOLT Leadership Team o View, support and communicate continuous improvement opportunities for NA region value chain as they relate to Finance o Show visible leadership and act as an ambassador for TIGER and NA Region with all stakeholders People Leadership o Conducts interviews for new employees o Co-ordinates onboarding o Provides ongoing learning & development opportunities for team o Personally coaches team o Manages performance of team o Provides recognition o Provides timely communication o Provides employee relations services o Implements human resource requirements o Conducts regular staff meetings o Ensures a healthy & Safe work environment o Driving Full Responsibility and the Advice Process through the organization Administrative Operations o Oversees operation of reception and administrative functions o Ensures optimal administrative principles are in place
