As a member of the Access Networks Project Management Office, you will be reporting to the Manager, National CAPEX Controls, the Capital Management Analyst will be mainly responsible for detailed analysis and reporting of financial data related to Rogers Access capital budget.

The successful incumbent will work with various Rogers Access Wireless/Wireline Planning teams and Network Finance team to develop those reports.

The incumbent will also assist the manager with coordination activities related to CAPEX Program submissions, project creation and ongoing maintenance What you’ll be doing: Translates all approved programs across Network Access into proper funded projects Work collaboratively with the Rogers Access Regional Planning primes and Network Finance leads to develop and produce Financial reports pertaining to key programs Extract raw data from Oracle financial system and analyze it to generate desired reports for review with senior leadership Create, maintain and close project Oracles through the end to end project cycle Represent the department by coordinating with peer departments to ensure effective capital budget planning and efficient financial tracking structure is in place Assist with CA submissions and tracking approvals Identify risks and opportunities in Program and Project spend Prepare Cost per Unit Analysis Reports & contribute to regular Cost Model analysis and review Review monthly results vs.

budget and forecast and provide key variance analysis Assist with PSF submission and Oracle setup Automating and establishing controls for project spend integrity across Network Access Projects Support the Manager with Capital Spend reporting packages, business cases, projects and ad hoc analysis.

Preparation and presentation of detailed financial plans and results for senior management.

What you have: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience University Degree and have or working towards an accounting/finance designation (CPA/CA/CFA) would be an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Pre-existing knowledge of Oracle financial system would be an asset Strong interpersonal skills Strong team skills, but ability to work independently Ability to build strong relationships with Network and finance organizations Schedule: Full time Shift: Day Length of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position) Work Location: 8200 Dixie Road (101), Brampton, ON Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Posting Category/Function: Project Management & Engineering Requisition ID: 215282 Together, we’ll make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work: Our people are at the heart of our success Our customers come first.
